Something great happens! I love the moral in this story –May 28, 2019

What a cute book! A little bunny off to fulfil his dream as we learn on his journey how kind he always is to everyone else and just when he had given up, something great happens! I love the moral in this story! My children ages 8, 6, 3 all really enjoyed this book.

This was book was cute and my girls enjoyed it very much. I gave this book 5 stars because my little ones were able to learn something from this. We really Loved and giggled over a wish that was granted. My youngest coved her mouth and laughed. I think anyone with young children would like this book.

Kitty Boyes’ picture book story, Billy Hop’s Dream, is a delightful story that teaches young readers valuable lessons. Not only are young readers introduced to different creatures in nature, they are also taught the importance of being kind and helpful to others, no matter the differences. And that’s the way the forest creatures see Billy: “He was always so helpful…” As Billy ventures on his quest to find the much desired basket of carrots from his dream, he is greeted with love and affection from all he meets. But no carrots. The story is written in simple language to appeal to the young reader and it is accompanied by colorful illustrations. Each animal and insect is described with enough detail to educate the young reader, and each interaction teaches the importance of caring for one another. A great story about caring for others.
